Trading Hall Advertising Policy

The LCCA Annual Convention each year hosts the popular Trading Hall on Friday Evening and continuing through Saturday afternoon. Friday evening and the first hour on Convention Saturday are open exclusively to REGISTERED ATTENDEES with Convention Badges.

LCCA Convention Trading Hall Advertising Policy

The LCCA encourages all members to participate in the LCCA Convention Trading Hall. The LCCA recognizes that some members are commercial vendors, and some represent other train clubs, both local and National Clubs.

When a member purchases a trading hall table, they can promote themselves, their business or their train club at their table. Any such non-LCCA promotion must be respectful and consistent with the friendly atmosphere of the Hall and must remain within the confines of the member’s assigned trading hall space. The final determination of what is acceptable will be determined by the Trading Hall Manager.

Under no conditions will members, commercial operations, or other train clubs place advertising posters, flyers, or displays outside the Trading Hall or public areas adjacent to trading hall. The Trading Hall is an LCCA sponsored event and should not be confused with other businesses or clubs.

The LCCA has a similar policy in its Convention Hotel(s). No non-LCCA promotional materials are to be posted withing the Hotel hosting the convention.
