Visions from Lionel - New ZW-L Transformer

The Lionel Collectors Club of America (LCCA) recently met with Lionel’s Chief Technical Officer Jon Zahornacky for an introduction to Lionel’s advanced version of the classic ZW transformer, the new ZW-L. This new 720-watt transformer is designed to provide smoother operation and more realistic control of both classic and state-of-the-art Legacy locomotives. This transformer will be presented in Lionel’s upcoming 2010 Volume II catalog.
