Constitution & ByLaws

The LCCA operates under a constitutional form of governance. The constitution is reviewed periodically and updated as required. Members vote on all proposed changes to the document if required as part of the annual voting process for officers and directors conducted in the April-May timeframe of each year. 

The club bylaws are established and changed as required by the Board of Directors at any meeting when they convene to conduct club business.  The following is the latest version of these two documents.
