More than 300 people including 45 LCCA members and their families attended the 11th Annual Christmas Open House Train Party at the home of Rich and Kathy Dissosway in Lewisville, NC on December 5th. more

November 28-29, 2015 - LCCA hosts Toy Train Club - Crown Point, IN (Recap)

The Lionel Collectors Club of America (LCCA) had a great time and a lot of fun during a two day train show sale and swap meet meld this past weekend in Crown Point IN. LCCA Immediate Past-President Dennis DeVito, President Al Kolis and Santa himself were there meeting with LCCA members from all around the country, Santa greeted kids of all ages. The LCCA's Switching Tracks Traveling Boxcar made a special guest appearance and met with our members. more

October 10-11, 2015 - LCCA Toy Train Auction Event in Colorado (Recap)

LCCA and the Colorado Toy Train Group, LLC (CTTG) co-sponsored their thirteenth toy train auction, October 10 and 11, in Denver, CO. more

September 26-27 2015 - Two Day Toy Train Show in Wichita KS (Recap)

There were good results at the show. 17 LCCA members signed in at the event and 5 new members signed up. more

September 19-20, 2015 - LCCA Is Returning to the Norfolk VA Area - Recap

Dec 12-13, 2014 - LCCA at NLOE Open House, Long Island, NY (RECAP)

The Lionel Collectors Club of America (LCCA) had a great Special Event at the Nassau Lionel Operating Engineers (NLOE) December 12-14, 2014 Open House event. LCCA members, families and hundreds of friends all got together for a FREE open house event and enjoyed the Lionel trains running on the largest operating O-Gauge layout on Long Island. The NLOE layout is an impressive 80’ X 35’ layout with several interactive and entertaining accessories and vignettes. more

November 7-9 - LCCA at TrainFest 2014, Milwaukee, WI (Recap)

The LCCA returned to Milwaukee to attend 2014 TrainFest, one of the premier train shows in the country. Part Train show, part hobby show, part layout tour - and a general good time for the whole family! LCCA President Dennis DeVito and a team of LCCA volunteers. Mike Throndsen, Chester Kuzminski, Tim Fuhrmann, Judy Fuhrmann, Jack Reinholz and Chuck Look all had fun representing the club at this fantastic event. more

October 11, 2014 - LCCA’s 45th Anniversary Celebration (Video Recap)

We hope you all enjoy the video taken during our Saturday, October 11, LCCA Special Event in Dearborn MI to start off the year-long celebration of LCCA’s 45th Anniversary year. Former owner of Lionel, Mr. Dick Kughn was the featured guest speaker for the evening. We were also able to surprise Dick with a 85th Birthday celebration. Dick Kughn turned 85 on October 31, 2014. more
