Mikes' current layout is built in the attic above the two-car garage of his home. It is the culmination of his lifetime dream to have a fully landscaped O-gauge layout. He can run three trains simultaneously on two levels. Some of the trains have a family legacy; they also ran on the basement layout in his childhood home during the early 1950s.
