Temporary Halt while web site under construction has been cancelled

THE ALL CLEAR HAS BEEN SOUNDED AND THE WEB SITE UPDATE HAS BEEN SUCCESSFULLY CONCLUDED!
The web site is now again working and can safely be used for transactions.
The club’s website (www.lionelcollectors.org) will be under going a major hardware/software upgrade by our hosting vendor starting Monday February 8, 2021. We are hopeful this upgrade process will last only a short time. During this time of transition, the site will remain available for information to which you may need access, such as issues of The Lion Roars, the Digital Archives, news articles, Membership Roster, eTrack items for sale, club information, etc.
However, we are requesting club transactions of any kind be temporality halted after Sunday evening February 7, 2021 until the all clear is sounded. This includes LCCA Store purchases, change of address actions, creating/changing alternate passwords, adding/updating/deleting eTrack items/information, and membership transactions of any type (new or renewal). Our Business Office will not be processing any mail-in transactions until the transition is complete.
While we do not expect any major issues during this transition, we believe it is prudent to plan for a worst-case scenario and take minimal risk in case we have to roll back the site’s data to where it was at the start of the transition, thus losing any transactions entered by members or the Business Office.
After the successful transition, we will send another email indicating club website transactions can resume.
