Hello Everyone!
I hope everyone is starting to get back into their routines after the holidays. Spring is just around the corner! I would still love to see some more pictures of you with your train sets. With your parent's approval, please send me some photos. Doesn't matter if they are from the holidays, I would still love to see them!
If you are looking to add some new cars to your set be sure to keep updated at the LCCA store. We try to get new product on there as much as we can. For Junior Members, we still have some Dino cars available, we also have some LCCA T-shirts on there and some other great cars I am sure you would like to add to your collection. If you have any suggestions of what kind of cars you would like to see in the LCCA store, be sure to send me some of your ideas.
We have some really great Special Events going on in the first few months of the new year. Make sure to check out the website with all of the updates to the calendar, it updates weekly. We have some really great events set, The World's Greatest Hobby and some other shows that are happening around the country. If you live in the area, this is a great opportunity for you to meet some other local members. You should bring some friends along to the shows as well, you will be able to purchase some LCCA merchandise as well as sign up some new members at any of the shows listed below. If you are interested in attending one of the LCCA special events but one hasn't been in your area, please let me know. I will talk to some of the LCCA special events crew and see what we can do about getting an event in your local area.
The convention is just round the corner, I am starting to get the Junior Member activities set for the convention in Chattanooga this coming July. I would like to hear from some of you, do you have any ideas of activities you would like to see in Chattanooga? Please send me a letter or email with any and all suggestions you have.
