LCCA Introduces 2019 Convention Car (Reno Mint Car)
The LCCA has introduced its 2019 Annual Convention Car - This year a celebration of Reno, site of its 49th Annual Convention.
LCCA is creating another silver rush in Reno, with its very special convention car for its 49th annual convention – a Black Widow Southern Pacific Mint car made exclusively for LCCA by Lionel. And this is no ordinary mint car. This car has silver die-cast metal trucks, a precious load of silver ore and interior overhead lighting. This is the first time the Southern Pacific Black Widow paint scheme has been applied to an O gauge mint car. The Southern Pacific used the black widow design mostly on freight engines. This classic design now graces this iconic Lionel Mint type car.
LCCA members can place their orders now, with a limit of two cars per member. The cars have an expected delivery date of December 2019. Price for this car is $84.95 plus $13.00 shipping and will come in its own LCCA designed box. With the limited number of these cars produced, Order Early or miss out!
