April 11, 2015 - Boston Metro HiRailers Club Open House, Boston, MA (recap)

The Boston Metro Hi-Railers Club (BMHR) and the Lionel Collectors Club of America (LCCA) had a successful open house event this past Saturday at the Boston Metro Hi-Railers Club’s clubhouse. April 11, 2015 Open House event. A large crowd of people enjoyed the 60'x40' multi-level layout currently under construction with the running of numerous Lionel Steam and Diesel trains. The 2 Children's layouts were a big hit with all of the kids. Kids of all ages enjoyed the hands on experience of running trains on these two layouts. Here are a few photos taken during this fun event!

Thank you Bob Freeman and the entire BMHR for hosting such a fun, family friendly event. Our members had a great day running Lionel Trains. Thanks to all of the LCCA members for attending and supporting both clubs!

If you missed this event, the LCCA will be back at the BMHR this July. As part of the LCCA’s 45th Annual Convention to be held at the Double Tree Hotel in Danvers MA July 20-25, 2015, we are also planning a Saturday 7-25-15 tour of the BMHR Club and layout. It would be great if you can attend both events. Let’s have some fun with the BMHR Club in the Boston area.
