The Lionel Collectors Club of America (LCCA) invites you, your family and friends to a Halloween train party at Mr. Muffins Trains in Carmel IN on Saturday, November 1, 10 AM to 4 PM. Kids that come dressed in costume will receive a raffle ticket and be entered into a drawing. Some lucky winners will receive toy train product raffle prizes.
