Replacement Labels for Boxes – LCCA On-site Convention Car and 40th Anniver
The LCCA On-site 2010 Convention Car (a UP dark gray reefer) is a genuine Lionel wood-sided car redecorated by Weaver Models. This is a well-established practice for selected LCCA-sponsored products and is approved by Lionel and performed by Weaver according to tight specifications. There’s nothing wrong with the car, but… Weaver has acknowledged their oversight in failing to affix a new and accurate descriptive label on the Lionel box for this car. Unfortunately, the same oversight happened with the 40th Anniversary Car.
Club members may receive appropriate labels for these boxes by sending a self-addressed, stamped envelope within an outer envelope addressed to:
